INSAR membership dues cover a calendar year (January 1 - December 31) and is not prorated.  New Member applicants pay membership dues through the end of that year in which the application and payment are submitted and received.
The dues rates below are for the 2017 Membership year. 

To Join or Renew your INSAR Membership at the Low-Income Country Rate
New Members follow steps 1-4, renewing Members follow steps 1-2 (you do not need to re-submit a membership application, unless your membership has lapsed).

1) Please review the World Bank list of low, lower middle and upper middle income countries and the chart below to determine your payment amount for your membership dues.

2) Complete the payment form and fax it to 860.586.7550 attn: Membership. The payment form takes 5-7 business days to process once received.

  • The payment form is required as this dues structure is not yet setup in online in myINSAR.
  • The membership application fee will be waived for individuals residing in low, lower middle, and upper middle income countries.
  • Payment may be made by credit card, check, or wire transfer. Purchase orders are not accepted.
  • Please note: payments are no longer accepted through PayPal.

3) Login to "myINSAR", located in the upper right-hand corner of the website.

  • If you don't have a "myINSAR" account, create one by clicking on myINSAR, then selecting "New Visitor Registration."

4) Click on "Membership Application" from the left-hand menu in "myINSAR" and complete the online form

  • Be sure to complete by clicking the "submit" button at the bottom of the form.
  • An application must be submitted online; all applications are reviewed for eligibility requirements. 
  • Allow 2-3 weeks for application review and processing; dues should be paid once application has been submitted.
